journey groups

Our groups meet either two , three or 5 days days a week.  We cater to female clientele in the group setting. We will  offer coed classes in our newly expanded location starting in June 2018.  We have small group settings and large groups .  Each workout focuses on cardio, strength, toning, abdominal work and flexibility. We have a wide range of workouts from  Cardio Kick Boxing, Yoga, Cardio Dance and Boot Camp styled workouts.  Each workout is concluded with time for mediation, song and prayer. If you do not see a workout time that works for you, we can bring the journey to you.  Whole Peace Journey does  workouts in the workplace, home, school or church.  If you have a space and a group we can accommodate you. Please contact us for available group times and location.
